Arizona. Cooler weather. Sweaters. Softer light. Longer shadows.Holidays.

Maine, curling up with a comfy blanket, hot chocolate, and a good book while watching the snow fall outside

Washington.
I love sitting with my family in front of a warm fire in the fireplace, scented candles flickering and Christmas cookies in the oven.

I live in Nova Scotia and I love snow shovelling on a crisp winter night with my teenage son by my side.

I live in California What i love about Fall/Winter is the layers, colors, gatherings, scents (of pumpkin and the like) gives me the extra motivation to sit down and have a cuppa tea!
This looks like a lovely course!

Iowa. My favorite (absolute favorite!) thing about winter is the smell of the first snowfall. I wake up every morning and hope to see snow on the ground, but alas, only beautiful Fall days so far. =P

I live in VT. My favorite part of winter is are the comforts of warmth, & celebrations it can bring: fires in the wood stove, hot coco, steaming bubble baths, holiday cheer, Family gatherings, writing cards, sledding and playing in the snow! XOXOX Congrats in your 1 year anniversary Miriam!

Happy one year anniversary! I live in NJ and I love the first snow fall of winter, celebrating with loved ones for the holidays, making our house cozy and comfortable, cooking/baking, winter hikes in the woods, reflecting/winding down from the year, planning for the new year, and doing as much hibernating/napping/lolling about as we can!

Maine. Winter reminds me of when I first met my husband, walks in the snow, big cozy sweaters and hot tea. I love snow days!
