Winter Body Oil for Tired Feet & Legs:
Mix all ingredients together in a glass bowl and massage into feet and legs. Cup the palms of your hands to your face and take a couple of deep inhalations.

- 4 drops blood orange (or sweet orange)
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil or jojoba oil
